Emerging Leaders is a new European Social Fund supported project aiming to create the next generation of business leaders. For employees over 19, the course offers the opportunity to develop the skills to advance their careers as managers.
The new skills and confidence provided by the Emerging Leaders courses enables learners to take on new responsibilities, broaden their experience and help develop the business.

European Social Fund Grants Available for Management Training
Our European Social Fund project - Emerging Leaders, has been extended for a further 9 months.
The project will fund bespoke management training tailored to your company's requirements. The training can be on your premises or at one of the college's campuses. Several employers have already benefited from the funding available with their employees increasing their skills and confidence in management.
This funding must be spent by March 2019.
