Art and Design
The School of Art and Design is a vibrant, energetic and incredibly successful part of the college. It's an environment where creative people can express themselves, learn new skills and focus on the one subject you love. Our success rates are significantly above the UK national averages. We have a wonderful and consistent track record of students succeeding on our courses and progressing to rewarding futures at prestigious universities and positions within the creative industries. There is a mature and busy culture of learning. The learning of creative, technical and professional skills is at the centre of being an art student – and you will thrive in our exciting environment. We would be delighted for you to be part of The School of Art and Design.
A vast majority of students gain places at prestigious universities to continue their art and design education. In 2015-16 students worked on live projects with Twentieth Century Fox and Radio One. This is a unique aspect of the School of Art and Design. Students in their second year have the opportunity to travel on a foreign residential - Berlin in 2016 and New York in 2017! Courses are outstanding and incredibly popular.
