Governors
The College is an independent charitable Corporation established under the Further & Higher Education Act 1992.
Governors make a valuable contribution to the work and success of the College, contributing their skills and experience voluntarily and are responsible for the determination of the strategic direction of the College, being accountable for the proper use of public funds and for ensuring the quality of all the College’s work. The Governors aim to ensure that their membership comprises a broad range of skills and experience, and is representative of the community. The Governors are responsible for the appointment of the Principal, who manages the day-to-day operation of the College’s activities.
